Return policy

• For merchandise returned within 14 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
• We accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in the original packaging.
• Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting customer service within 3 days of delivery.
• The exact color of merchandise may vary due to lighting, photography, and/or computer monitors. These circumstances do not qualify as defects, therefore a return will not be accepted.
• Final Sale Policy: All final sale items purchased cannot be returned.
• To request a return label, send an email to sales@luxuriethelabel.com.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees will vary based on the individual order and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
• Please allow up to two weeks for a return to be refunded.
