Refund policy
For merchandise returned within 14 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. We accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in the original packaging. Final sale items (bodysuits, swimwear, gift cards, and items marked “final sale”) are not eligible for returns. The exact color of merchandise may vary due to lighting, photography, and/or computer monitors; these circumstances do not qualify as defects, therefore a return will not be accepted.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees will vary based on the individual order and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Please allow up to two weeks for a refund to be issued.
Luxurie will not be held responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
